What are the requirements to stay on property?
To stay on property, your RV/camper must be 10 years or newer and a minimum of 24' long. If older than 10 years, a photo review process is required.

The reservation deposit to purchase a site is $12,000. Sites are available to purchase on a first come first serve basis.
The reservation deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of receipt of the sale contract and HOA covenants.
What do the casita sites have to offer?
There are 114 premium sites offering owners the opportunity to enhance their property with a casita.
Casitas may offer a combination of laundry, private bathroom, refrigerator, fire pit, golf cart garage, and/or grill.
